This is a really beautiful image. I think you have rendered the woman's anatomy very well. Everything seems to be in proportion and quite beautiful.

The perspective on the checkered floor, and the marble pattern are both well done. I also like the way you echo it in the jester's bodice.

For areas of improvement, I only really see two.
1. Her nose. You have painted her cheeks, the bridge of her nose, and the tip of her nose all the same color and value. This ends up making it look like they are the same distance away from the viewer, making her face look flat. I'd add a bit more variation in there, just to improve the 3D look.

2. Inconsistent lighting. In some places, such as the face and cleavage, the lighting seems to be coming from in front of the figure and above. In others, such as the shadows cast by her torso onto her left arm, it seems to be coming from the right at a low angle. The hat's lighting seems to be up and to the jester's left, and then her right shoulder seems lit directly from above. They aren't huge aberrations, but it's enough to break the illusion. Also, what is the dark mark on the figure's right shoulder? I can't figure out why it would be shaded, but it seems odd you'd add a bruise to an otherwise flawless skin, in a picture with no sense of time/story.
